Balance Yoga Center at 2821 Bechelli Lane, Redding, California.

I stopped in this location on my way through on my stay in Redding and I so loved it! They had just opened up a new location and it was divine and beautiful. They just thought of everything from the check in to the room to the ambiance. I am a yoga instructor as well so it's hard to find those good teachers for me at this point so I can just settle in and be a student but I found them here. My first class was with Jana and everyone was good, kind, welcoming, grounded, and the place felt safe, which is a pretty big thing to say during these times. The classes had good flow and I was able to work with my body in new ways which I appreciated. I had a class on Sunday which was tougher because I had to work with my patience more since it just started to bring up some some frustrations. That is kind of the aspect of yoga though and by the end of it, it had reached into a really deep place and I had tears coming out of my eyes. So, it moved a few things on a soul level and I was able to walk out realizing that it had changed me in a way I needed. Thank you for this experience Balance Yoga and I hope to be back soon!
