Didn't have the type of copier we wanted. New ones dont take same ink as 3yr old ones. Coffee pot we wanted on shelf, they were out of and we had find someone to help us. Prices are competitive

Picked up new phones today staff was helpful. And knowledgeable about phone plans. One hour two phones purchased and swapped out.

Staff has not been able to answer questions. I asked if it was okay for employees to take front-row parking answer given was employees can park anywhere. I come from a time where the customer comes first employees park in the back or the far this walking distance.

In addition employees or smoking close to the entrance door and the front parking so if you like your clothes saturated with cigarette smoke go to Best Buy.

Taylor is an exceptional employee. She answered all my questions, was professional polite compassionate, knowledgeable about the camera system I was about to purchase.
