    I was overcharged for a horrible arrangement. The customer service was terrible. There was an old, overweight brunette that was just rude. She behaved so awful when I asked for a different price or arrangement. I will never go back to "Mallery's Flowers" again.

    Watch Out! I was charged $92 for a bouquet that looked like it was cut from someone's yard. NOT as shown in their picture. It was supposed to be something special for people on their anniversary and it turned out to be embarrassing!!! Plus delivery was late with excuses. I thought I'd do good by buying local but sadly that was not the case.
